School Dinners

All Greenwood School Dinner accounts must be kept in credit at all times. If your account is not in credit you will be asked to provide a packed lunch for your child.
The government has ensured that from September 2014 all pupils in Reception, year 1 and Year 2 will receive a free school meal at lunchtime. Every child in these classes is entitled to the free school meal and will be provided with one at Greenwood Primary School.

Registration for free meals could also raise an extra £1,320 for our school to fund extra support and additional staff. This additional money is available from central Government for every child whose parent is receiving one of these benefits listed above.

If your child is eligible for Free School Meals, they will remain eligible until they finish the phase of schooling they are in or until March 2022.
Please apply even if your child already receives a free school meal in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 and even if your child chooses to bring a packed lunch to school.
